Our service charges are included in the package cost and cover activities such as accommodation bookings, local transfers, and guided tours. Any additional services requested by guests, such as vehicle upgrades or extended stays, will be charged separately.
A minimum payment of 50-70% of the package cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before arrival or on arrival in Andamans before starting the services.

In the event of cancellation, deductions will apply as follows:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days based on the timeline mentioned.
Any additional services requested during the trip, such as extra excursions or upgrades, will be billed separately. Guests are required to settle these charges before departure.
Some services in the package are provided by third-party vendors (hotels, ferries, etc.). Guests are required to adhere to their terms and conditions. The company is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.
100% cancellation charges apply for bookings during the peak season (December 15 to January 15). Refunds are not applicable during this period for cancellations or modifications.
