1. Accepted Payment Methods

To allow our travelers to secure their tours smoothly, Fascinating Andaman supports a variety of modern, digital, and localized payment options through our partnership with Razorpay:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: All domestic and international Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express cards.
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Fast checkouts utilizing Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm UPI, and bank-specific UPI handlers.
  • Netbanking: Instant checkout connections linking over 50+ major Indian banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak).
  • Digital Wallets: Mobikwik, PhonePe, Paytm, and similar wallets.

2. Security Standards & Encryption

We employ rigorous safeguards to ensure every online transaction is safe:

  • All credit, debit card, or netbanking credentials entered during payment processing are secured via 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
  • Fascinating Andaman does not store, see, or manipulate your raw banking inputs. Your details are processed directly on PCI-DSS Compliant Secure Servers maintained by Razorpay, the payment provider.

3. Deposit & Billing Schedules

To process your hotel bookings and ferry transfers, we employ the following billing framework:

  • Advance Deposit: A minimum booking fee of 50% of the total invoice must be cleared via our secure gateway to lock in hotel allocations and purchase catamaran ferry tickets.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to or on arrival at Port Blair. Your specific billing timeline will be outlined in your custom travel invoice.
  • Voucher Generation: A secure PDF travel voucher and payment receipt will be generated and dispatched to your email address within 24-48 hours of transaction clearance.

4. Failed Transactions & Auto-Refunds

Occasionally, a transaction can fail due to bank server timeouts, network errors, or double clicks.

What happens if my card is debited but booking fails?

If your bank account is debited but our portal indicates a "Failed" checkout session, do not worry. This is an authentication timeout. The funds are held safely by your bank. The bank's system automatically detects this and triggers a reversal. The reversed amount will be credited back to your **original source account (Card, Bank, UPI)** within **5 to 7 business days** without requiring any manual paperwork.

5. Currency Standards

All transaction quotes, shopping checkouts, invoice parameters, and booking prices rendered on this website are exclusively formulated in Indian Rupees (INR).

If you are completing payments using an international credit card, the final amount debited from your card will reflect standard currency conversion rates and processing fees applied by your domestic card issuer.
